This is where beliefs and perceptions live. All beliefs come from information, and all knowledge comes from Self.

When your Mind-Body falls out of alignment and balance with Who you are, life reflects that imbalance, and you get the sensation of being stuck.

Pillars 1 and 2 are the roots. When the Mind-Body is not in alignment with Who you are, habits that cannot be shaken appear: depression, constant tiredness, frustration, anger, or even hatred toward people — and the world.

This is the Physical foundation — physical health, fitness, energy, sleep, recovery, and daily capacity.

When the Mind-Body is not in alignment with Who you are, then the Physical well-being is also out of alignment.

The evidence is the effect. It shows up as inconsistent routines, poor eating habits, sicknesses, illnesses, diseases, premature aging and that includes dependencies on medications and alcohol or drugs.

This misalignment is the cause of all physical suffering.

This is the external maze of man-made systems: agreements and contracts, accounts, document filing, and procedures.

When the Mind-Body is not in alignment with Who you are, then status with banks, courts, and government is also out of alignment.

Again — the evidence is the effect. It shows up as just getting by, never having enough money, always needing everyone else to help, constantly researching free information, homelessness, conflict with the law, battles in courts, playing the role of victim, blaming others, and even jail or prison.
